Sorry, I have to disagree.
It created a hefty report that is of questionable applicability to any specific location where the proposed facility might be built.
In other words, the AI overlooked a very fundamental fact --- you can't just pick and choose building code requirements from across any jurisdiction that you find on the internet.
Bottom line --- it created lots of verbiage that is mostly for naught.
For building a real 100,000 square foot educational facility in Vermont, this report would be all but unusable. It serves mainly to demonstrate why/how current versions of AI are inadequate for addressing a lot of real world problems.
Here is another recent, real world example of AI gone awry.
