Absolutely.. the fundamental point is that extrapolating ARR from consumption in a given month is misleading for something that is fundamentally not sticky/recurring. And building a prototype is more of a one-time task than a recurring task... that's the fundamental question with this business. Can they turn it into some truly recurring task? Only when they do that can they really have a right to call it "ARR". In my opinion
